Auburn has filed a trademark application for “Draining Threes and Rolling Trees" per Josh Gerben, founder of Gerben Law Firm in Washington D.C.

This trademark follows Auburn basketball reaching its first Final Four after defeating Kansas, North Carolina and Kentucky in the span of eight days.

Against North Carolina, Auburn made 17 3-pointers, the most 3-pointers made against team coached by Roy Williams in his 31 years of coaching.

Auburn is currently 19 3-pointers away from the single-season record, made by Villanova during the 2017-18 season with 464 3-pointers.

The Final Four matchup between Auburn and Virginia will tip off on Saturday at 5:09 p.m. CT inside U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. The game will be broadcast on CBS.
