On Monday, the SEC announced that the 85th Iron Bowl will take place at 2:30 p.m. CST on CBS.

The rivalry matchup will take place in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in Bryant-Denny Stadium on Nov. 28. The Tigers will face the Tide for the 85th time in history hoping to get two wins in a row against Alabama.

Alabama leads the series 46-37-1, but the Iron Bowl is known for its unpredictable games. Coach Gus Malzahn holds a 3-8 record against Alabama as head coach.

In the 2019 season, Auburn entered the matchup ranked at No. 16 and Alabama was No. 5. The Tigers came in as underdogs and left with a win by a score of 48-45.

Prior to the Iron Bowl, Auburn will face Tennessee at home on Nov. 21 at 6 p.m. CST on ESPN.
