Auburn makes the trip to Athens, Georgia, on Thursday to face its fourth Top 25 team in its last five games.

The Bulldogs lead the league in offensive efficiency, making over 60% of their shots from the field. While Georgia leads the SEC in efficiency from the field, 3-point shooting has been one of the weaker categories for the Bulldogs.

They’re at the bottom of the SEC in 3-pointers per game, taking an average of eight per game and only making two. Auburn is No. 4 in the conference in 3-point shooting, making 40% of its shots from beyond the arc.

Redshirt senior Jenna Straiti averages a team-leading 14.3 points per game for the Bulldogs. She scored a team-high 13 points on the Tigers in the last matchup and had four blocks while committing just one turnover.

Turnovers were a problem for the Tigers in the previous matchup as Auburn turned the ball over 27 times. Georgia turned those 27 turnovers into 26 points.

Auburn’s leading scorer is Unique Thompson, who continues to chase Becky Jackson in the record books. Jackson holds Auburn’s all-time rebounding record, with 1,118 career rebounds. Thompson currently sits at 1,091 rebounds with five regular-season games remaining and the SEC Tournament as well.

Thompson missed the previous matchup against the Bulldogs.

Honesty Scott-Grayson is coming off of a career performance in the loss against Missouri on Sunday. The transfer scored a career-high 30 points.

The game will tipoff at 6 p.m. CST from Stegeman Coliseum and will be broadcast on SEC Network-plus.
