Auburn sophomore Anna Haddock is making national headlines this week after being named to the Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week on Tuesday.

Tuesday marks the second time Haddock has been awarded the Top Drawer Soccer and comes just one day after being named the SEC Offensive Player of the Week.

Haddock has done it all offensively for the Tigers, scoring three out of the four goals in both of Auburn’s games, including both game-winners. Auburn’s win against BYU was the team‘s first win over a top-15 team since the 2017 season, a game in which Haddock scored two goals in.

In just 20 games as an Auburn Tiger, Haddock has already logged 10 assists and five goals, scoring in each Auburn’s last four matches dating back to the spring season.

Haddock scored her first career game-winning goal in the 70th minute to lead the Tigers to a comeback win over Samford on Thursday. In Auburn’s next matchup, just two days later, Haddock scored the 1-0 separating goal in the first half. She then landed the game-sealing header in the second half in the 67th minute, securing a 2-1 victory.

Auburn will travel to Troy for a match on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. CST on ESPN-plus and follow that with a game against South Alabama on Sunday for a pair of in-state matchups.
