Following Auburn’s loss to Texas A&M, the Tigers fall to No. 16 in the nation in the latest AP Top 25 poll.

Auburn went into College Station ranked No. 12, but only managed to score three points against one of the nation’s best defenses, losing 20-3.

Quarterback Bo Nix had an uncharacteristically poor performance on Saturday, completing 20 of 41 passes for 153 yards and an interception. Nix also fumbled on a sack that was returned for a touchdown.

The Tigers (6-3) return home on Saturday, November 13 to face off against Mississippi State. State, also coming off a loss, was ranked No. 17 but has dropped out of the Top 25.

Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. CT and will be broadcast on ESPN.
