Following a loss to Texas A&M, Auburn has dropped to ninth in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, a six spot drop from last week when the Tigers were in the top four at No. 3. After being unranked, the Aggies jumped up to No. 24 following the upset.
Upcoming opponents for the Tigers include No. 15 Georgia in Athens this Saturday and No. 5 Alabama in Tuscaloosa on Nov. 29.
The Tigers are currently the highest ranked two-loss team, and have wins over No. 10 Ole Miss and No. 13 Kansas State, both on the road, as well as a victory over No. 17 LSU at home.
