Crime reports from Feb. 16-22

The following crimes were reported by the Auburn Police Division from Feb. 16-22:

Feb. 16:

-A 31-year-old was arrested for second-degree domestic violence, first-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree assault in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation on Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation on Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation on Oak St.

-An arrest was made for third-degree theft of property at S. College St.

-Shoplifting was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St. 

-Harassing communications was reported at the 400 block of N. Ross St. 

-Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported at the 1300 block of Gatewood Drive.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 300 block of Payne St.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 500 block of Perry St.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at the 500 block of N. Donahue Drive.

-Criminal mischief and damage to private property were reported at the 600 block of Spencer Ave. 

-A child in need of supervision was reported at the 4000 block of Mara Vista Drive.

-First-degree robbery was reported at the 400 block of Perry St. 

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 1100 block of Northlake Drive.

-Harassment was reported at the 2200 block of E. University Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 300 block of Village Drive.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the 600 block of Spencer Ave.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the 1900 block of Bluff Ct. 

-Harassment and intimidation were reported at the 500 block of Foster St. 

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported at the 400 block of N. Dean Road.

-An arrest was made for second-degree criminal mischief at N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for harassment at N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for harassment at N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) at Golf Club Drive.

-An arrest was made for third-degree theft of property and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer at S. College St.

-A 58-year-old was arrested for being a fugitive from justice at N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer and failing to appear (traffic) at US Highway 29 S.

Feb. 18:

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and first-offense drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 600 block of Dekalb St. 

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Burglary of a residence was reported at the 100 block of Lee Road 872.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 1400 block of S. College St. 

-Identity theft was reported at the 800 block of Dewey St. 

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 100 block of W. Magnolia Ave. 

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 300 block of Lee Road 191.

-Third-degree theft of lost property was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St. 

-A 19-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-A 25-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-A 25-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-A 29-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at the Lee County Jail.

-A 41-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-A 22-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation and failing to appear (traffic) at Whispering Pines Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation and failure to appear at McKinley Ave.

Feb. 19:

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the 1100 block of Commerce Drive.

-Harassment and intimidation were reported at the 200 block of Beard-Eaves Ct.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 100 block of S. Debardelben St. 

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 2300 block of Moores Mill Road.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 2600 block of Carrington Ct.

-Duty to give information and render aid after a traffic accident was reported at the 1600 block of Opelika Road.

-Possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 2200 block of Brenton Lane.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 300 block of Cary Drive.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported at E. Magnolia Ave. 

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 900 block of McKinley Ave. 

-Simple assault involving a family was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) at N. College St.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer and a probation violation at S. Donahue Drive.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at Cox Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at the Lee County Jail.

-A 30-year old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

Feb. 20:

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at S. College St. and W. Magnolia Ave.

-A 22-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at S. College St. and I-85.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear at the I-85 51st milepost.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at the 300 block of W. Glenn Ave.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Bicycle theft was reported at the 300 block of Quad Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property and second-degree possession of a forged instrument were reported at the 700 block of N. Dean Road.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 200 block of W. Longleaf Drive.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of Roosevelt Drive.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 300 block of Airport Road.

-First-degree criminal trespass was reported at the 300 block of Webster Road.

Feb. 21:

-A 43-year-old was arrested for first-degree robbery at the Lee County Jail.

-An arrest was made for third-degree theft of property at the 2300 block of Moores Mill Road.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at the 100 block of S. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at W. Glenn Ave. and Tower Place Condos.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at Al. Hwy 14 West and Lee Road 61.

-An arrest was made for third-degree theft of property at the 1600 block of Opelika Road.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification a to law enforcement officer at the 1800 block of W. Longleaf Drive.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer and a probation violation at the 1800 block of W. Longleaf Drive.

-First-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief were reported at the 100 block of S. Ross St.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at S. College St. and Cox Road.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 1600 block of Opelika Road.

Feb. 22:

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer at the 700 block of Martin Luther King Drive.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at the 100 block of W. Magnolia Ave.

-An arrest was made for disorderly conduct at the 100 block of E. Magnolia Ave.

-A 27-year-old was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-A 30-year-old was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-A 20-year-old was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation and failure to appear at the Lee County Jail.

-An arrest was made for second-degree bail jumping and failure to appear at Chadwick Lane and Highway 14.

-Harassment was reported at the 100 block of E. Magnolia Ave. 

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 57 I-85 SB.

-Domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-First-degree receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were reported in Auburn.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 900 block of Alan Ave. 

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at E. Glenn Ave. 

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Public Lewdness was reported at S. College St. and Technology Pkwy.

-Passing a forged instrument was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St.

-Second-degree possession of a forged instrument was reported at the 1900 block of S. College St.

-49-year-old male from Auburn

Name not given due to case still being under investigation, but the driver has not been arrested at this time.
