Auburn safeties coach Charlie Harbison will not be retained by new defensive coordinator Will Muschamp, per a report from Phillip Marshall.
Harbison has served as safeties coach and co-defensive coordinator for the past two seasons, and served as defensive coordinator in Auburn's 34-31 overtime loss to Wisconsin in the Outback Bowl.
Harbison is the second defensive assistant to be let go since the hiring of Muschamp, along with cornerbacks coach Melvin Smith.
