A student who lived in the Upper Quad Dormitories died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015.
Captain Lorenza Dorsey of the Auburn Police Division confirmed the student was pronounced dead at the East Alabama Medical Center.
Dorsey said no foul play is suspected and the cause of death is still being determined.
Efforts to contact the police and the coroner immediately after the death were unsuccessful. The Plainsman includes names in student deaths only when they have been made public.
