Crime reports from March 2-8

The following crimes were reported by the Auburn Police Division from March 2-8:

March 2:

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 600 block of N. Ross St.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 2000 block of S. College St.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 600 block of N. Ross St.

-Theft of an article from an automobile was reported at the 200 block of W. Longleaf Drive.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 100 block of Wright St.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 400 block of W. Magnolia Ave.

-Burglary of a non-residence by force was reported at the 1300 block of N. Dean Road.

-Theft from a yard was reported at the 1400 block of Richland Road.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

-A 22-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for harassment at the 800 block of Opelika Road.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) and failure to appear (second-degree bail jumping) at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer at Bryant Ave. and Summerhill Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at the 1300 block of Hampton Drive.

-A 26-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 900 block of N. Donahue Drive.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 1300 block of N. Dean Road.

-Harassment and simple assault was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St.

-Harassment was reported at the 500 block of Foster St.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 700 block of W. Veterans Blvd.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 300 block of Brookside Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St.

-Harassment was reported at N. Dean Road at E. Glenn Ave.

-Harassment was reported at the 400 block of White St.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 700 block of Biggio Drive.

-Third-degree robbery was reported at the 500 block of Carlisle Drive.

March 4:

-Third-degree domestic violence and violation of a protection order were reported in Auburn.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported at the 500 block of N. Gay St.

-First-degree theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Nottingham Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 1300 block of N. Dean Road.

-First-offense drug paraphernalia was reported in Auburn.

-Harassment was reported at Pleasant Ave. at Tracy Ct.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Giving false identification to a law enforcement officer and firearms license required was reported at Cox Road at I-85.

-An arrest was made for third-degree theft of property at the Lee County Jail.

-An arrest was made for harassment at the Lee County Jail.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at Martin Luther King Drive and Byrd St.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at the 400 block of Spring St., C.

-An 18-year-old was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for third-degree criminal trespass at the 900 block of N. Donahue Drive.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer and firearms license required at Cox Road at I-85.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at the 300 block of W. Thach Concourse.

-First-degree possession of a forged instrument was reported at the 1900 block of S. College St.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at the 1500 block of Crescent Blvd.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 1600 block of S. College St.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 700 block of E. Glenn Ave.

-Shoplifting was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St.

-Criminal mischief and damage to private property was reported at the 900 block of Old Mill Road.

-Criminal mischief and damage to business property was reported at the 200 block of Wire Road.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and first offence drug paraphernalia was reported in Auburn.

-Violation of court order was reported at Oak St.

-Theft of a bicycle was reported at the 200 block of Wire Road.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 1600 block of Opelika Road.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication and criminal littering at the 100 block of N. College St.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at the 1700 block of Shug Jordan Pkwy.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear and second-degree bail jumping at the 2000 block of S. College St.

-Automobile theft was reported at the 600 block of Dekalb St.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported at the 2000 block of Hwy. 29 S.

-Criminal littering was reported at the 100 block of N. Gay St.

-Harassment was reported at the 4800 block of Heath Road.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of N. College St.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 1100 block of S. College St.

-A 39-year-old was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in Auburn.

-A 33-year-old was arrested for third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property.

-An arrest was made for third-degree receiving stolen property at N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at N. Gay St.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) at N. Gay St.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) at Opelika Road.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

March 7:

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 1100 block of S. College St.

-Duty to give information and render aid after a traffic accident was reported at I-85 Southbound.

-Criminal mischief and damage to private property was reported at the 100 block of W. Magnolia Ave.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 100 block of S. Gay St.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at the 1600 block of Hilton Garden Drive.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 2600 block of Hilton Garden Drive.

-A 20-year-old was arrested for first-degree robbery at the Lee County Jail.

-A 55-year-old was arrested for first-degree theft of property at Lee Road 18.

-A 22-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at W. Magnolia Ave.

-A 33-year-old was arrested for fleeing and attempting to elude and officer and second-degree possession of marijuana in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear, second-degree bail jumping and a probation violation at Society Hill Road.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at W. Glenn Ave.

-A 29-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

March 8:

-Second-degree possession of marijuana, first-offense drug paraphernalia and firearms license required were reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree theft of services was reported at the 200 block of Wire Road.

-Rendering a false alarm at a building was reported at the 200 block of Wire Road.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 2100 block of Robin Drive.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 1700 block of Opelika Road.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 600 block of Pitts St.

-A 23-year-old was arrested for first-degree robbery and violation of court order at N. Ross St.

-A 44-year-old was arrested for first-degree robbery at N. Ross St.

-A 25-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana, firearms license required and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at Tichenor Ave.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at Wire Road.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at W. Glenn Ave.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) at Rick Drive.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear and second-degree bail jumping at N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at Opelika Road.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at Frederick Road.

-An 18-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.
