The following crimes were reported by the Auburn Police Division from March 30-April 5:

March 30:

-Torture and willful abuse of a child involving a family was reported in Auburn.

-Second-degree sexual abuse was reported in Auburn.

-Second-degree theft of property and third-degree theft of property were reported at the 1000 block of N. College St.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 1600 block of Lee Road 12.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 200 block of Opelika Road.

-Aggravated assault and menacing with a gun were reported at the 400 block of N. Dean Road.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 800 block of Opelika Road.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 1000 block of Opelika Road.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear at N. College St.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at the Lee County Jail.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at Moores Mill Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at N. Ross St.

-A 54-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

March 31:

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 2900 block of E. University Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 1000 block of Opelika Road.

-Leaving the scene of an accident on private property was reported at the 300 block of N. Donahue Drive.

-Theft was reported at the 200 block of Mell St.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Burglary of a residence with force and theft from a residence were reported at the 1000 block of Old Mill Road.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

-Harassment was reported at the 200 block of Opelika Road.

-A 32-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for third-degree criminal mischief at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at N. Ross St.

-A 27-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-A 20-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana in Auburn.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-A 42-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-A 32-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at Yeager Lane.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of Wright St.

-Harassment was reported at the 400 block of N. Dean Road.

-Theft from a yard was reported at the 900 block of Opelika Road.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 100 block of E. Magnolia Ave.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the 100 block of E. Magnolia Ave.

-Harassment was reported at the 400 block of S. Dean Road.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 900 block of W. Thatch Ave.

-Reckless endangerment and menacing were reported at the 200 block of S. Gay St.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at Opelika Road.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at the Lee County Jail.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at S. College St.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer at S. College St.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) at Richland Road.

April 3:

-Second-degree criminal trespass was reported at the 100 block of E. Glenn Ave.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree domestic violence and second-degree criminal mischief were reported in Auburn.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 2100 block of Herndon St.

-Theft from a yard was reported at the 400 block of Webster Road.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 600 block of Apache St.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 1600 block of Lee Road 12.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported at the 100 block of Bibb Graves Drive.

-Third-degree criminal trespass was reported at the 3000 block of Whispering Pines Road.

-Third-degree theft of property and third-degree receiving stolen property were reported at the 1600 block of S. College St.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 800 block of Lem Morrison Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 200 block of Opelika Road.

-Menacing was reported at Booker St. at Julie Ave.

-First-degree burglary and first-degree sodomy were reported at the 800 block of W. Longleaf Drive.

-Harassment and simple assault were reported at the 1600 block of Opelika Road.

-A 19-year-old was arrested for third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property at 141 N. Ross St.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer at N. College St. and E. Glenn Ave.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at W. Glenn Ave.

-A 20-year-old was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana.

-An arrest was made for reckless endangerment at Frederick Road.

April 4:

-Third-degree assault was reported at the 1000 block of Duke Circle.

-Identity theft was reported at the 200 block of Timberdale Court.

-Domestic-violence was reported in Auburn.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and first offense drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree assault was reported at the 400 block of N. Ross St.

-Miscellaneous theft was reported at the 100 block of Wright St.

-A 32-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of a forged instrument at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for fleeing or attempting to elude and officer at Opelika Road and Dekalb St.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) and a probation violation at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear (traffic) at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at Frederick Road.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at S. College St. at Enterprise Drive.

-A 22-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

April 5:

-Firearms license required and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 300 block of Gidden St.

-Verbal harassment was reported at the 1200 block of Amy Ct.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at 1500 S. College St.

-Duty to give information and render aid after a traffic accident was reported at the 4300 block of Golf Club Drive.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of Wright St.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Harassment was reported at the 600 block of Florence Drive.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported at the 400 block of N. Dean Road.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication and feeling or attempting to elude an officer at W. Thach Concourse.

-A 22-year-old was arrested for firearms license required and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported at the 200 block of Armstrong St.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at Pepperell Pkwy.

-A 21-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.
