Former American Idol star, Taylor Hicks, will be performing at Bourbon Street Bar Friday Sept. 25 at 9:30 p.m.
Ryan Noll, who works at the bar, said Hicks will be playing with Passing Through and Spoonful James.
According to Bourbon's website, Passing Through, a band who toured the Southeast in the 1990s, played hit cover songs.
Their last performance was in 1998 and half of the band continued with their own musical careers, including Hicks who was on Season 5 of the hit TV show American Idol.
For the first time in 17 years the band will come together to play in Auburn.
Tickets are $10 on the website and $12 at the door. Doors open at 9 p.m.
