Incident reports from April 12-18

The following incidents were reported to the Auburn Police Division from April 12–18. 

April 12: 

• Possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, and domestic violence third degree were reported in Auburn. 
• Criminal trespass second degree and theft of property fourth degree were reported at the 1100 block of South College Street. 
• Passing forged instrument was reported at the 300 block of North Gay Street. 
• Rape first degree was reported at the 300 block of East Longleaf Drive. 
• Identity theft was reported at the 1700 block of Covington Ridge. 
• Identity theft was reported at the 1600 block of Overcup Circle. 
• Domestic violence third degree was reported in Auburn. 
• Theft pf property fourth degree was reported at the 100 block of Tichenor Avenue. 
• Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 1700 block of South College Street.
• Theft of property fourth degree and criminal trespassing third degree were reported at the 800 block of West Longleaf Drive. 
• Harassment was reported at the 800 block of Martin Luther King Drive. 
• Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 500 block of Perry Street. 
• Harassment was reported at the 1100 block of Old Mill Road. 
• Possession of marijuana second degree was reported in Auburn. 

April 13: 

• Criminal mischief-damage to private property and unauthorized use of auto was reported at the 300 block of Tullahoma Drive. 
• Passing forged instrument was reported at the 1600 block of South College Street. 
• Criminal trespass was reported at the 1000 block of Zellars Avenue. 
• Theft of property third degree was reported at the 1300 block of Gatewood Drive. 
• Assault of police office third degree and resisting arrest were reported at the 400 block of North Dean Road. 
• Identity theft was reported at the 300 block of Webster Road. 

April 14: 

• Burglary and theft of property fourth degree were reported at the 1100 block of Northwood Drive. 
• Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at the 2700 block of Lee Road 12. 
• Domestic violence third degree was reported in Auburn. 
• Criminal mischief third degree was reported at the 200 block of West Longleaf Drive. 
• Leaving scene of accident was reported at the 100 block of North Ross Street. 
• Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 1300 block of Loftin Drive. 
• Burglary third degree, theft of property first degree and found property were reported at the 2000 block of Sara Street. 
• Harassment was reported at the 1000 block of South College Street. 
• Domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

• Duty to give information and render aid after traffic accident was reported on Shug Jordan Parkway. 
• Driving under the influence, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of concealed weapon without a permit was reported in Auburn. 
• Theft of property first degree was reported at the 1000 block of Opelika Road. 
• Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 1400 block of South College Street. 
• Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 1600 block of South College Street. 
• Domestic violence was reported in Auburn.
