Police investigate theft of tailgating supplies on campus

The Auburn Police Division is searching for a suspect in connection with an on-campus burglary and theft of property.

On Nov. 22, Auburn Police officers responded to a report of a burglary and theft of property at anon-campus building on West Samford Avenue, police said. When they arrived, they found that several 43-inch LG flat-screen televisions and Honda gas generators had been stolen, police said.

The TV's and generators were used for tailgating at home football games, police said.

The APD is investigation the incident and asks that anyone with information call the department. The televisions were LG LH5000 models and the generators were Honda EU2000i models.
