The Auburn Police Division arrested three 19-year-old men on Tuesday night for distribution of a controlled substance. Auburn University student Scott Dyson was charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance. Blake Birmingham of Atlanta and an Auburn University student were each charged with one count.

The arrests follow a three-month-long investigation conducted by the APD, Chambers County Drug Task Force and the Tallapoosa County Drug Task Force, according to a statement released by the APD. The three men were arrested on West Magnolia Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. and were transported to the Lee County Detention Facility.

Dyson's bond is $75,000. Birmingham and the second Auburn University student's bonds are $25,000 each.
