The eighth annual Oktoberfest at The Hotel at Auburn University and Conference Center is set to take over sights and sounds on Oct. 21.
The event will be held in the hotel's marquee and will go from 4-9 p.m. said Todd Scholl, director of sales and marketing.
With the purchase of a ticket, sales starting on Aug. 1, guests can expect traditional German fare, beers from across the country, German wines and live entertainment. According to the hotel, German traditionals like bratwurst and pretzels will be sold.
The Homebrew Alley competition will be returning from last years event, offering a chance to win for best hometown creation. Winners will have their creation on tap throughout the fall at A*T and Piccolo.
Ticket sales end on Oct. 19.
