The Hub apartments have now settled all deliquent fees dating back to 2014, including penalties and interest.
According to Director of Public Affairs David Dorton, all of the fees are paid and the situation has been resolved.
The City Council moved to take legal action against the apartment complex on Sept. 4 for not paying business license taxes.
City Manager Jim Buston told the Council The Hub would be shut down another attempt to collect the deliquent taxes was not successful.
Eviction and closing would have been the last resort, Buston said on Tuesday.
