Deshaun Davis is headed to Cincinnati.
The senior linebacker was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals with the 38th pick in the sixth round of the NFL Draft on Saturday afternoon. He joins former Auburn players C.J. Uzomah and Carl Lawson.
A former 3-star recruit out of Vigor High School in Mobile, Alabama, Davis finished his career on The Plains after playing in 52 games. He finished with seven sacks, 29 tackles for loss and 266 total tackles in four seasons played.
Though many believed the 5-foot-11, 234-pound Davis would be undersized as a linebacker, Davis led Auburn in tackles though both of his final two seasons.
