The Johnnie Harris era will officially begin on Nov. 11.
Auburn women's basketball has a complete 2021-22 schedule, with the 16-game SEC slate released by the conference on Wednesday.
Auburn’s first game of the year will be a home matchup against Georgia Southern on Nov. 11, but the team will play an exhibition against Miles College on Nov. 4.
The Tigers will open conference play at home on Dec. 30 against the Kentucky Wildcats, who they have not defeated since Jan. 3, 2016.
Then the team will kick off the new year with games at Alabama and Missouri on Jan. 2 and 6, respectively. Coming back home, Auburn welcomes LSU on Jan. 9 before leaving for Florida on Jan. 13 and then to Texas A&M on Jan. 16.
To close out January, Auburn hosts Alabama on Jan. 23 and Tennessee on Jan. 27 before traveling out to Vanderbilt on Jan. 30.
February kicks off with Mississippi State coming to Auburn Arena on Feb. 3. The Tigers have an open game slot available after the contest with the Bulldogs, but will travel to Arkansas on Feb. 10 and then back to Florida for a game on Valentine’s Day.
One more away game at South Carolina on Feb. 17 precedes the Tigers’ last two home games against Georgia on Feb. 20 and Ole Miss on Feb. 24.
The final game of the season will be a road match at Kentucky on Feb. 27.
For the SEC Tournament, the games will be played in Nashville from March 2-6 in Bridgestone Arena.
Specific game times and TV broadcast information will be announced in the coming weeks. For the 2021-2022 season, all weeknight games not otherwise broadcasted will begin at 7 p.m. CT. Sunday games will begin at 2 p.m. CT.
Season tickets go on sale later this month, and single-game tickets and mini-plans begin sales in October.
