The 2023-2024 Freshman Forum was officially announced on Sept. 21. Freshman Forum is a group of 54 first-year students at Auburn University appointed by members of Student Government Association.

Auburn University held an event for breast cancer awareness month on Oct. 6, 2023. The university had two speakers at the event, Nancy Merner, assistant professor and genetics researcher, as well as Michelle Lumpkin-Crumbly, a breast cancer survivor to talk about the effects of cancer on one's life.
