It was the same story in a different venue for Auburn on Wednesday night in Oxford, Mississippi.
The Tigers were once again overwhelmed on the road, this time by Ole Miss, 80-63.
The loss dropped Bruce Pearl's squad to 2-8 away from Auburn Arena this season, including an 0-4 mark in conference road games. Pearl is now 3-17 on the road in his two seasons at Auburn.
TJ Lang was Auburn's high scorer with a career-high 19 points, which included five 3-pointers. Tyler Harris added 16 points and eight rebounds.
Kareem Canty, Auburn's leading scorer, was held to 8 points on 3-of-14 shooting.
Auburn (9-10, 3-5 SEC) held a 1-point lead at halftime, but a 19-4 run by Ole Miss opened the game early in the second half. The Rebels shot 19-of-34 (56 percent) from the field in the final 20 minutes.
Stefan Moody led Ole Miss (13-7, 3-5 SEC) with 24 points, including 22 in the second half, and Marcanvis Hymon had 19 points and 10 boards for the Rebels.
Auburn will return home this Saturday at 7 p.m. to face Oklahoma State in the Big 12/SEC Challenge.
