A Tiger Transit hit a black Chevrolet Tahoe while turning onto Roosevelt Drive this afternoon.
Wayne Dickens, director of high school ministries for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, was waiting to turn south on Donahue Drive when the No. 776 transit scraped him as it was turning east onto Roosevelt Drive at approximately 1:55 p.m.
The Tahoe was parked several feet beyond the white line that marks where cars are supposed to stop while waiting to turn south on Donahue Drive, said Jeff Alexander, a Tiger Transit supervisor. Alexander said the Tahoe was impeding the intersection.
No one was injured during the accident.
The front left bumper of the Tahoe was dented by the bus and the bumper of the bus was scratched.
