According to an Associated Press story that cites a person with knowledge of the situation, former Auburn running back Michael Dyer is transferring to Arkansas State University.
Dyer, who was only released to four schools, will follow former Auburn offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn to Jonesboro.
The sophomore running back isn't the first to transfer after breaking team rules. Past players under Chizik had the opportunity to transfer to other schools after being suspended for breaking team rules.
