Midnight Madness will take on a whole new meaning for Auburn fans this basketball season.
The Tigers will take on Colorado at midnight on Nov. 18 in Boulder, Colorado as part of ESPN's 24-hour College Hoops Tip Marathon.
Coach Bruce Pearl said this game will help Auburn the exposure it needs.
"You're part of an event, you're part of the ESPN marathon and we're a team that wants to be part of that," Pearl said in a press release.
Colorado is just part of a tough early schedule for the Tigers in Pearl's first season on the Plains.
"They're a good team and picked in the top two or three in the Pac-12," Pearl said.
The time of the game will also prove difficult for the Tigers, along with the high altitude in Boulder.
"Nobody wants to go to Colorado because of the altitude," Pearl said. "We'll go anywhere and we'll play anybody at any time."
