After dropping in the Amway Coaches poll on Sunday morning, Auburn also suffered in the AP Top 25 poll.
The Tigers dipped to No. 18 in the poll, down 12 spots from a week ago.
Auburn struggled mightily in its 27-20 win against Jacksonville State on Saturday, prompting the drop out of the top 10.
The SEC had a record ten teams in last week's AP poll, but that number fell to seven in week three after Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi State suffered losses.
Auburn will play at LSU, who was ranked 13th in the poll, next Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
