Auburn's third loss has cost them.
After falling 13-7 at Georgia on Saturday, the Tigers took a nosedive in both the AP and Coaches' Polls, dropping out of the top 10 in each.
They plummeted to No. 16 in the Coaches' Poll, and fell to No. 18 in the AP Poll.
Auburn was No. 8 in both polls last week, and was No. 9 in the College Football Playoff rankings. The AP Poll will be released later on Sunday, and the CFP rankings are announced on Tuesday.
The Tigers will get a tune-up this weekend in their final home game of the season against Alabama A&M before traveling to Tuscaloosa the week after to take on the No. 1-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide.
