Jackson had 43 receptions for 661 yards and three touchdowns as a junior at Hoover last season. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 16 prospect in Alabama.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound receiver chose Auburn over Mississippi State, Missouri, Georgia Tech and Memphis.
