Coffee drinkers taking their morning route to work on Opelika Road will soon have a place to stop for their favorite frappuccinos.
According to a report by The Auburn Villager, the Auburn Mall property will welcome Starbucks and two other businesses that have not been named at the moment.The date for construction of the three-tenant building has not been released.
A franchise of Cook-Out Restaurant will also be built at the corner of Opelika Road and East University Drive. The opening date of the hamburger joint has not been released at the moment for Cook Out.
These two businesses follow recently opened businesses, Stein Mart and Krispy Kreme.
According to City documents, Hull Property Group signed a development agreement with the City of Auburn to bring businesses back to the mall property.
