A portion of South College Street, from Donahue Drive to Woodfield Drive, will be closed from March 11-16 during Auburn University's spring break.
The road closure is for workers to perform asphalt paving in conjunction with the median construction in front of the new Gogue Performing Arts Center.
Southbound traffic will be detoured March 11-13, and northbound traffic will be detoured from March 14-16.
The construction was originally supposed to start on Saturday, March 9, but it was pushed back because of potential rain. The closure is still expected to be completed by March 16.
