Severe weather is possible Monday evening through Tuesday morning in Auburn, according to the National Weather Service.
The threats include possible tornadoes, damaging winds and hail.
The NWS said the risk of severe storms will last from 4 p.m. on Monday until 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
In Auburn, the severe weather is expected to arrive around 9 p.m. and last through 3 a.m.
All of Lee County is categorized by the NWS as a slight risk, which means scattered severe storms will be possible. The slight risk area has been expanded to include more of east Alabama as of Monday morning.
