Former Auburn offensive lineman Marquel Harrell is heading to Buffalo, as he signed as an undrafted free agent with the Bills on Saturday.

Harrell first arrived on the Plains in 2015, where he spent the season with a redshirt and did not see any action. The following season, Harrell made his collegiate debut against Arkansas State and played in four games that year.

In 2017, the 6-foot-3-inch redshirt sophomore began to gain some playing time, garnering his first start against Arkansas. He started the final five games for Auburn at guard that season, including the Iron Bowl, SEC Championship and Peach Bowl.

Harrell returned as the starter his redshirt junior season, getting the starting nod for all 13 games. He was named to the third team All-SEC and earned SEC Academic Honor Roll honors for the third time in his career.

The lineman out of Fairburn, Georgia, concluded his Auburn career with 31 career starts and 43 total games played.
