Auburn Police Division responded to reports of gunshots heard on Railroad Ave. and N Donahue Dr. The shots were heard after midnight on the morning of June 21.
Four people were injured with what appeared to be gunshot wounds, according to APD’s press release. One injured person was treated on scene. The other three injured were transported to East Alabama Medical Center, Piedmont Columbus Regional, and Baptist Medical Center South. Three of the injured sustained nonlife-threatening injuries but the fourth is in critical condition.
APD is currently investigating the case and no one has been reportedly taken into custody.
