On Saturday, Feb. 7, a 22-year-old male was hospitalized following a fall from a reportedly significant height inside Jordan-Hare Stadium.
At 12:40 a.m., the Auburn Police department arrived at the 200 block of South Donahue Drive in response to a criminal trespassing complaint.
Officers then located a group of individuals inside the stadium and attempted to apprehend them for investigation. According to police, the 22-year-old white male fled the scene on foot.

During this pursuit, law enforcement say the individual fell from a significant height and sustained serious injuries. Responding officers rendered aid and performed life-saving treatment.
Emergency Medical Services and the Auburn Fire Department arrived on scene for further assistance. The individual was then flown to a regional hospital for further treatment and is currently in stable condition.
