Women's golf ties for fourth at Mason Rudolph Championship

Auburn's women's golf team headed into the weekend looking to ride momentum gained from their first place finish at the "Mo" Memorial golf tournament a week ago.
The Tigers finished tied for fourth in the Mason Rudolph Championship, a tournament that fielded five rival SEC teams (Kentucky, LSU, Alabama, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt).
Leading the charge for the Tigers was sophomore Clara Baena. She finished with a 2-under par which was solid enough for a second place individual finish.
Freshman Sophia Schubert finished with a posting of -over par for the tournament; good enough to earn her an eighth place finish.
Fellow Freshman, Kelli Murphy ends as the next closest tiger posting an 8-over which was good enough to grab a T-26th place spot.
October 10th marks the Tigers' next scheduled tournament in North Carolina at the Tar Heel Invitational. Auburn will look to improve upon an strong start to their 2014-15 season.
