In the next inning, Emily Carosone deposited a grand slam over the left field wall, to give Auburn the 7-4 lead that would end up being the final score.
Strong pitching from Lexi Davis, and solid defense from the Tigers infield, secured things the rest of the way.
The win moves the Tigers to 24-2 as they head home for a matchup with Troy on Wednesday.
