Stephanie Campbell named to the SEC Community Service Team

Auburn Junior and volleyball star, Stephanie Campbell, continues to garner praise for her success on the court, in the classroom, and now, in the community. Just days after being named 2015 SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year, Campbell was named to the SEC Community Service Team for the second consecutive season.

Campbell received this honor due to her work as Community Service Executive for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. As Community Service Executive her responsibilities include organizing community service projects for all student athletes as well as leading projects such as clothing drives, holiday hospital visits, and Blessings in a Backpack. She has also spent time volunteering with a program called Canine Performance Science where she works with dogs that will be used in the detection field.

On the court Campbell lead the team with a .280 hitting percentage and became the first Auburn player to record 10 blocks in a single match in 9 years. Stephanie was a very vocal leader for the Tigers this season and a big reason for the Tigers success.

In the classroom, Stephanie Campbell currently holds a 4.0 GPA in her Junior year with a double major in Molecular Biology and Animal Sciences.
