Auburn recorded its best round of the tournament on the final day, but the women's golf team finished 12th out of 16 teams at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic.
Auburn moved up three spots on the leaderboard on Day Three with a team score of 11-over-par, which was 11 strokes better than its second-round mark.
Junior Clara Baena carded a 1-under 71 in the final round, which was her second round under par this season and the Tigers' best individual round of the tournament.
Sophomore Michaela Owen was Auburn's top finisher in the tournament, as her 11-over 227 left her tied for 42nd. Senior Jamie Yun tied for 48th with a 13-over 229.
Georgia won the team title with a 3-over 867, while Arkansas' Maria Fassi was the individual champion, carding an 8-under 208.
Auburn will be back on the course March 4–6 at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
