Auburn wraps up its spring season with Saturday's upcoming A-Day Game, and predictions are running rampant as to who will be the offensive, defensive and special teams MVP.

Last year's MVPs were C.J. Tolbert on offense, Nick Coe for defense and Anders Carlson for special teams. Based off of what The Plainsman has seen from spring practice, here are a few players who could get the MVP nod.

Offensive - Harold Joiner, Marquis McClain, D.J. Williams

Players like Harold Joiner, Marquis McClain and DJ Williams are some who have stood out in spring and could see themselves earning offensive MVP.

Joiner has been utilized all over the field working in reps with the receivers, running backs and has even seen action in the Wildcat formation. McClain has stepped up this spring and impressed with not only some of his catches, but also as a leader in the receiver room, per head coach Gus Malzahn. Williams has impressed new running backs coach Cadillac Williams with his reps in the spring.

Defensive - Nick Coe, K.J. Britt, Zion Puckett

Britt has been taking over the "Deshaun Davis-type role" in the defense that the coaches were hoping he was able to this offseason. Coe, the defending A-Day defensive MVP, will be looking to repeat and has been taking reps all over the field at defensive end, buck and tackle. The freshman Puckett has flashed his toughness in the Tiger Drill, recently beating sophomore receivers Seth Williams and Shedrick Jackson.

Special teams - Arryn Siposs, Anders Carlson

Both players have impressed this spring with Carlson making a 52-yard field goal during spring ball and Siposs resuming his regular punting duties following his honeymoon.

Auburn football wraps up spring ball on Saturday at 3 p.m. CST with the annual A-Day game. Auburn will be playing a 7-on-7 alumni game before A-Day at 1:15 p.m.
