Auburn City Schools will be closed until April 6, following concerns over the spread of COVID-19, ACS officials announced on Friday, March 13.

ACS is currently on spring break for the week of March 9–13. The closing will affect all schools within the school system. ACS said normal school operations are scheduled to begin on Monday, April 6.

ACS said they are working with local and state authorities to monitor the situation.
