Smoke Monday returning to Auburn for senior season

Smoke Monday is coming back to Auburn. 

The safety announced his decision to return for his senior season Wednesday on Instagram.

In 2020, Monday finished the season with 73 total tackles and two interceptions, including a 100-yard pick-six against Tennessee and an interception against Mississippi State.  

For his efforts in 2020, Monday was named Second Team All-SEC by the Associated Press. 

Through three seasons, Monday has played in 37 career games and racked up 108 total tackles and four interceptions.
