After seeing a few players enter the transfer portal this offseason, Auburn received some good news on Wednesday as they picked up a commitment from transfer defensive tackle Tony Fair.
Fair announced his decision via his Instagram.
He spent the last two seasons at UAB, where he played in 23 total games. During the 2020 season, Fair played in nine games for the Blazers and finished the year with 21 total tackles, three tackles for a loss and one sack.
In 2019, he played in 14 games for UAB and finished the season with 36 total tackles, five TFL and one sack.
Before coming to UAB, Fair spent a season at Indiana State and then two years at Pima Community College.
