Auburn has fired receivers' coach Cornelius Williams four games into the season as first reported by On3’s Justin Hokanson.

Prior to being hired to Bryan Harsin’s staff, Williams held the same position at Troy for six seasons.

Auburn’s receivers room has struggled this year with separation and drops, and only one touchdown has been scored by a receiver in the past two weeks, with that coming from Shedrick Jackson in the final offensive drive against Georgia State.
