Auburn landed its 17th recruit of the 2024 recruiting class Friday morning after 3-star defensive lineman Dimitry Nicolas committed to Hugh Freeze and the Tigers.
Nicolas announced his commitment to Auburn on social media.
Standing at 6-foot-3, 295 pounds, Nicolas is ranked as the No. 545 player nationally and No. 54 defensive lineman according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
Nicolas had 14 offers to his name, including scholarships from Georgia, Florida, Michigan and Oregon.
Nicolas had 33 tackles, 15 tackles for loss and eight sacks during his junior season at Opa-locka Monsignor Pace program in Florida per 247Sports.
With Nicolas' commitment, Auburn now has three defensive linemen committed in the 2024 class with 4-star Malik Blocton and 4-star TJ Lindsey.
Auburn now has the No. 14 recruiting class in the county, which ranks seventh in the SEC per 247Sports.
