Auburn football releases 2025 kickoff windows

With just under 80 days remaining until Auburn's season opener against Baylor, the time designations for all 12 of the Tigers’ regular-season contests were released Wednesday afternoon.

According to a release from the SEC, designations are defined as the following:

  • Early: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CST start
  • Afternoon: 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST start
  • Night: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET start
  • Flex: Games flexed between the afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m.) and night (5-7 p.m.) windows

The highlight of the announcement is that the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry, set for October 11, has been given a night designation. It will be the first time Auburn hosts Georgia at night since 2012.

Auburn’s schedule is as follows:

Aug. 29: at Baylor (7:00 p.m. CST, FOX)

Sept. 6 vs Ball State (6:30 p.m. CST, ESPNU)

Sept. 13 vs South Alabama (11:45 a.m. CST, SEC Network)

Sept. 20 at Oklahoma (Flex, TBD)

Sept. 27 at Texas A&M (Afternoon, TBD)

Oct. 11 vs Georgia (Night, TBD)

Oct. 18 vs Missouri (Flex, TBD)

Oct. 25 at Arkansas (Early, TBD)

Nov. 1 vs Kentucky (Flex, TBD)

Nov. 8 at Vanderbilt (Afternoon, TBD)

Nov. 22 vs Mercer (1:00 p.m. CST, ESPN +)

Nov. 29 vs Alabama (Flex, TBD)

According to the release, exact start times will be confirmed no later than six days prior to game day.
