In the most recent issue of The Plainsman, a column was written concerning what the Bible says about homosexuality. It is not my place to condemn anyone, but God has clearly revealed His position to us in His holy, inspired Word. Romans 1:26-27 reads, "For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due." Several observations can be made about this passage.

School is almost over for the semester, and you all know what that means: time to sell back your books! While some buyback prices are less than fair, take extra caution so that you have a book to sell back, not to mention one to study for your final with!

Recently I wrote an editorial that was published in my hometown newspaper claiming the gay rights movement to be the new civil rights movement. Apparently I should have sent it to the Auburn newspapers.

I have had the pleasure of meeting many athletes in my classes at Auburn, and so far they have all been normal students in a classroom, and many are engaging--until I walked into a business class last week.

According to data from the "Uniform Crime Reporting Program, Florida 1960-2008" available from the FBI, violent crimes committed with handguns decreased after right-to-carry laws were passed.

My roommate and I just got kicked out of a bar--one that is very popular here in downtown Auburn. This has been a long standing issue that has affected a significant population of the Auburn student body.

While I agree with your overall condemnation of the bill, I can not help but to point out the problems in the article that are simply untrue. In a time that has become bi-partisan as we have found ourselves in, it seems we should pay extra attention to the details in spelling out an opinion.
