Auburn University and Southern Union State Community College have agreed to a partnership that makes Auburn more affordable for transfer students.

Auburn University has been planning a new Culinary Center for campus for close to 15 years. Students can expect a new groundbreaking culinary center in 2021 thanks to funding by the Rane family to begin construction.
“It skews research towards things that happen to be monetizable, and makes things that aren’t monetizable downplayed,” Smith said.
“It helps with professional development, so they get a, kind of a low-risk, low stakes opportunity to practice their communication skills and how to communicate their research to people at a broad audience."
