The history of the interlocking AU logo

The interlocking AU, tower mark and seal are the official logos and trademarks of Auburn University, but the AU logo has an origin that is not as clear as the others. The interlocking AU logo, the symbol that has covered the helmets of national champions and Heisman Trophy winners for almost 50 years, is the University’s primary logo, but the birth of the prestigious logo is debated.

Peach, an app created by the co-founder of Vine, Dom Hofmann, was released on Jan. 8 and already seems to be taking mobile users by storm. Talked about by numerous bloggers, websites and eager users, Peach was able to get its name out there and have increasing numbers of downloads. Acclaimed for encompassing a variety of methods for users to connect and update each other, Peach allows users to be more efficient and creative in their sharing.

Five men from England visit Auburn for Halloween

Even though the Auburn football team lost the game Saturday, Oct. 30, fans dressed in costumes were ready to experience Halloween, including five men from Tower Bridge, England. Cousins Danny and Carl Bradbury, Chris Pilling, Elliott Cox and Phil Chrimes visited Auburn after hearing it was amazing from Danny's brother, according to Pilling.
