All Auburn employees who can work remotely have been asked by the University do so, according to an email from Chief Operating Officer Ron Burgess.
“Honestly, I was excited at first about having a few more weeks away from school," said Frances McNeal, a student residential assistant on campus. But then reality settled in, he said, and he began to feel "a little unprepared."
Greek letter organizations will need to move out of housing by Sunday, March 15. Organizations were also asked to suspend all in-person chapter activities and events.
“I was super excited when I saw that Tim Cook donated to our club,” said Laura Hamilton, senior in civil environmental engineering. “It was awesome to see all of the donations — not just from people we knew but even people that were random donors.”
