After opening in late November, Auburn Pharmacy now serves the community from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Chris and Nicole Finley own and operate the pharmacy.
The 2018 ETC Institute Citizen Survey for the City of Auburn found that 85% of residents surveyed were satisfied with the quality of the local ambulance service, compared to the national average assessment of 80%. This is a significant change among residents, only 70% of whom were satisfied with the ambulance services in 2013.
This facility will house Pinnacle Cardiovascular Associates, a partnership established in 2018 that joined together the East Alabama Medical Center, Auburn Cardiovascular Associates, East Alabama Heart and Vascular and Valley Cardiology.
The Council recently approved plans to bring another 560 carts to the City's single-stream recycling program.
As reports of vaping-related illnesses rise, some local schools have taken measures to deter students from vaping on campus.
Located at the intersection of Shug Jordan Parkway and Auburn Camp Road, the new facility will be open to Auburn University students and the community.
