Auburn guard Tahj Shamsid-Deen re-injured his left shoulder during the first half of the Tigers' 101-87 loss to the No. 24 Arkansas Razorbacks.
"His shoulder popped out," head coach Bruce Pearl said. "It's probably a little more serious than last time because it stayed out."
Shamsid-Deen has separated both shoulders at multiple points throughout this season, but Pearl said this injury was likely more serious since it didn't pop back into place immediately.
"It's potentially a little more serious and it's unfortunate because he was playing great," Pearl said. "He got off to a great start and his speed, quickness and defense in a game like this obviously would've helped us."
The sophomore guard entered the game Feb. 10 averaging nine points over his previous three games and was 2 of 2 from the floor in three minutes before his injury.
Pearl did not say how the injury would affect Shamsid-Deen's status for the Tigers' next game against Georgia on Feb. 14.
